Welcome to the ARSINOE Serious Town Knowledge Base. This Knowledge Base exists to provide more background information about the game and provides clear links between the game, the activities in ARSINOE's 'Systems Innovation Approach' (work package 2) and broader activities within the flood, drought, heat wave and biodiversity spheres.
The game is about the relationships between personas, the people that live in the town, the interventions they approve, in order to improve the lot of the town, and the resulting resilience challenges that the town then faces. Each of those three aspects are presented below.
